The staff were courteous and exceptional, they offered an excellent service. The facilities were clean and easy to use. The hotel was in a very central setting close to the main attractions. Hoan Kiem district was worth staying in. The breakfast was marvellous and exceptional; served in the restaurant.

The staff was attentive, genuinely helpful with every request. The venue was set in the central position not far from all the attractions and Hanoi's Old Quarter and French Quarter and popular tourist destinations. I was surprised at nearby Le Beret Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks. I had very pleasant days staying at this brand-new hotel.

Highly qualified staff, nice bed, luxury bathroom. Room was very classy and featured climate control, sound-proofed windows and two windows. The staff did all they can for an unforgettable stay. The location was just superb, near Hanoi City Court.
